cl-ixf software package provides Common Lisp library to parse IBM IXF file format., you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-ixf
cl-ixf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-ixf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-ixf *
You will get with cl-ixf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
